Analytics that runs operations, and the team behind it.

I’m Adam Evdokimo, Senior Manager of Inventory Planning at Carvana. I lead a team of analysts, own the forecast executives use to plan, and build AI workflows that make my team faster. I’m looking for my next leadership role.

What I do

Analytics that supports operations

Forecasting, pricing, and acquisition analysis built for the people who act on it. I stay close to the teams on the floor so the numbers hold up in practice.

Leading and developing teams

I lead two senior analysts and three analysts. I give people real ownership and coach them through it. Two leaders I onboarded early in their careers are now a Director and a Senior Director.

Building with AI

I use Claude as a reasoning partner every day. At work, I’ve built workflows that classify pricing treatment and monitor market conditions. Outside work, I built this site.

How this site was built

I built a product team out of Claude skills.

This site, its six free tools, and their launch plans came out of a pipeline I designed. Each stage is a Claude skill with its own instructions, inputs, and quality checks. I review and approve every stage before the next one starts.

01
Find the opportunity

Scans for underserved small-business needs and scores each idea.

02
Scope the tool

Turns the best ideas into a written build spec.

03
Build and verify

Builds the Excel and Google Sheets workbook, then checks the output independently. Every AI workflow I build has a verification layer like this.

04
Quality control

My visual edits flow back into the build scripts, so every release is versioned and repeatable.

05
Launch

Writes the landing page, search plan, and launch checklist.

Built with Next.js, Vercel, Python, and Claude Code. I picked up each tool as the project needed it.

What building this taught me about AI

AI does two things well. It lets you do work you’ve never done before, like building a website and a product stack. And it sharpens the skills you already have. A 2026 KPMG and University of Texas study of 1.4 million workplace AI interactions found that the highest-impact users treat AI as a reasoning partner. They give it a role, push back on its first answer, and make it explain itself. That’s how I work, and it’s what I’d bring to a team.

Free tools

Free tools for small businesses

Owner-run businesses rarely have an analyst. I built six free Excel and Google Sheets tools that give them the planning basics big retailers rely on: cash flow, inventory, pricing, and forecasting.
